Tank-cap valves CHP are designed for oil loss prevention from tanks in case of pipeline breaking or failure of locking devices, placed in it. Covers of Tank-cap valves are produced of spark-proof materials - aluminum alloys. The bodies of Tank-cap valves CHP-80, CHP-150 are aluminum, and the bodies of Tank-cap valves (DN 200mm and above) are produced of steel.

Tank-cap valves (DN 80mm) are produced without bypass, and Tank-cap valves (DN above 80mm) – with bypass (diameter of bypass hole d1), that enables to minimize the opening force of Tank-cap valve cover. Tank-cap valve is mounted inside tank on the flange of pipe header.

According to the influences of resistance to environmental factors Tank-cap valves are manufactured in climatic modification U and UCHL of placement category 3 by GOST 15150-69.
